1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use reward, redemption, referral, and wireless benefit features. The Service is not intended for children under 13.
You represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep your account information current.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You may not create multiple accounts to abuse rewards, referrals, promotions, or wireless benefits. Freequency may suspend or close accounts involved in fraud, abuse, or policy violations.
3. The Freequency Rewards Program
Freequency allows eligible users to earn points through qualifying in-app activities, which may include daily check-ins, surveys, contests, referrals, partner reward activities, and other offers made available from time to time.
- Points are not cash, have no cash value, and are not transferable except as expressly permitted by Freequency.
- Point balances, offer availability, redemption options, and earning rates may change at any time.
- Rewards are subject to verification, eligibility rules, fraud review, and program availability.
- Freequency may adjust, reverse, withhold, or expire points for incomplete activity, chargebacks, fraud, abuse, or violations of these Terms.
4. Redemptions and Wireless Benefits
Points may be redeemed only through approved Freequency redemption methods shown in the app, which may include gift card payouts or application toward participating wireless benefits where available.
Wireless activation, billing, plan terms, and service delivery may be provided by a participating wireless partner and are subject to separate partner terms. Freequency does not guarantee wireless availability in all areas.
Fulfillment of rewards or wireless benefits may require identity verification, fraud review, or additional eligibility checks.
5. Referrals
Referral rewards are available only when referred users meet the qualifying conditions shown in the app at the time of participation. Freequency may modify or discontinue referral promotions at any time.
You may not use spam, misleading advertising, fake accounts, or incentive schemes that violate applicable law or these Terms to obtain referral rewards.
6. Third-Party Offers and Links
Some reward opportunities may be provided by third-party partners and may open outside the app or on external websites. Those partners may have their own terms, privacy practices, and eligibility requirements.
Freequency is not responsible for third-party websites, partner fulfillment delays, or partner decisions about whether an activity qualifies for points.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use bots, scripts, emulators, or automated tools to manipulate rewards
- Create duplicate or fraudulent accounts
- Misrepresent your identity, location, or eligibility
- Attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the Service
- Use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purposes
8. Account Suspension and Termination
Freequency may suspend, limit, or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, applicable law, or program rules.
You may delete your account in the app by going to: Account Settings → Privacy & Account → Delete Account. You may also contact support for assistance.
9. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Freequency Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that policy.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Freequency does not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific reward availability, payout timing, or wireless service outcomes.
Apple is not a sponsor of, or responsible for, Freequency rewards, points, wireless benefits, referrals, or promotions.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Freequency and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the amount you paid to Freequency for use of the Service in the prior twelve months, or fifty U.S. dollars if no amount was paid.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
